How do I find the DHZ?
By Car
From the north
Neuss/Düsseldorf (A57/E31) or Dortmund (A1/E37)
If you are on the expressway A57 proceed, if you are on the A1 enter the A57 (E31) at the junction Köln-Nord towards direction Köln-Zentrum. Leave the expressway at the exit Köln-Bickendorf and proceed left to the Butzweilerstraße. After approximately 200 m make a right turn to the Äußere Kanalstraße. Proceed after 2 km on the Maarweg.
From the east and north-east
Wuppertal Düsseldorf (A1, A3, A41)
Proceed to the expressway junction Köln-Ost to the federal route B55a direction Köln-Zentrum. After 5,5 km proceed straight forward to the Innere Kanalstraße (L100). After approximate 3 km turn right into the Weinsbergstraße which is subsequently named Widdersdorferstraße. You will find the DHZ (Note the advertisement of NetCologne on the building) where the Widdersdorferstraße crosses the Maarweg.
From the south
Bonn (A555)
The expressway A555 ends right behind the junction Köln-Süd. Proceed in the direction Köln-Zentrum to the roundabout at the end of the expressway. Stay left in the roundabout and turn right into the Militärringstraße. After approximately 1,5 km turn right into the Klettenberggürtel. Turn right using the next U-turn drive (now in the opposite direction) for approximate 3,2 km. Turn left into the Scheidweilerstraße. After 700 m turn right into the Maarweg.
From the west
Aachen (A4/E40)
Change to the A1 (E37) at the junction Köln-West direction Dortmund, Düsseldorf. Leave the expressway after approximate 1,8 km using the exit Lövenich and proceed on the Aachener Straße into the direction Köln-Zentrum. After approximate 2,2 km turn left to the Alter Militärring. After 500 m turn halfright into the Wendelinstraße. Proceed to the Vitalisstraße and then to the Stolbergerstraße. After 1,2 km turn left into the Maarweg.

from Köln-Bonn Airport
Use the interurban train to Cologne central station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) or take a taxi. To proceed with public transportation from Hauptbahnhof see below.
from the central railroad station (Köln Hauptbahnhof):
Take any of the subways from the basement of the station to go underground to the Neumarkt. Leave the underground there. Step up the stairs to the tram line number 1 (direction Müngersdorf) and proceed to the Maarweg station. Walk along the Maarweg to the junction Widdersdorferstraße (approx. 20 min).
or
Go by interurban train to Ehrenfeld station. After a short walk you will reach the bus stop Venloerstr./Gürtel. The buses number 141 direction Weiden and 143 direction Lövenich will bring you to the bus stop Widdersdorferstr./Maarwegright in front of DHZ.
